Jeff Brewer's 1989 Cutlass Supreme International
Here is my 1989 Olds Cutlass Supreme. It is the
International version. I bought it on April 4, 2000
with 160,000kms on it. It now has 172,000kms. Notice
KMs not Miles. It has the 2.8L V6 engine(which I
prefer over the 3.1s) This car is 99% mint!! It only
had one previous owner!! It was an older man whom had
to get a van instead. Since I've had this car I have
spent lots of money on it. Changes so far have been
the addition of an entire new exhaust with a DynoMax
muffler. New EGR valve, battery and alternator, sport
bra, vent visors(not shown), K&N Air Filter, sweet
front seat covers etc. I also changed the entire
sound system! It came with the best Delco cassette of
'89 with a 5-band equalizer. I added a Sony X-plod CD
player! Notice I said "added" not "replaced"! The
car had a empty spot below the ash tray that was the
PERFECT size for an after market CD player. So now I
have both cassette and CD!! It looks really amazing
at night because everything is digital!! I also
replaced all factory speakers with Kappa Infinity's,
the 6*9s, 4*6s, and 4"ers. I also use 2 10" Kenwood
Subs and two Kenwood Amps(the KAC-818 and KAC-748).
To protect all of this I use a Clifford alarm with
Keyless entry. I love this car very much! My
previous car was an '87 Olds Calais(which I do miss
sometimes). Future plans for my Cutlass are a
supercharger, Fastchip, MSD Ignition, New Rims(not
sure whether factory or after market?), new tires,
sunroof and maybe a light black tint.
