1982 Cutlass Ciera | ||
Whats new for '82: Ciera was Oldsmobiles version of the new front-wheel-drive A-Body. The old A-Body cars became known as G-Body. There were three trim levels: base, LS and Brougham. Each available in coupe and sedan bodystyles. Inside there was room for five or six. Bucket seats were available with either floor or column shift. A variety of bench seating was also available. |

Biggest News: Front-wheel-drive was a bold move in the family car market. Olds held on to the rear-drive cars too in case the new cars didn't catch on as hoped. |
