1977 Ninety-Eight | ||
Whats new for '77: Ninety-Eight's are all new for 1977. The new models are nearly a foot shorter than previous models, yet actually have increased interior space. Shorter wheelbase and new steering geometry allow for a shorter turning radius. Luxury car ride is preserved by "long-travel" springs and shocks. Sedan models now have framed door glass, as hardtops have been discontinued. Rear windows on sedans now only go down halfway. |

Identifying a '77: The major visual distinguisher of '77 Ninety-Eights, is the fact that like '77 Delta 88s, there are no wrap around side marker lights -those were added in '78. | ||
